ENJOY A GREAT COCKTAIL AT OUR BAR
Our Nikkei cocktails are a play on Peruvian and Japanese flavours, combining elements from both cultures to create unique and innovative drinks. We use typical ingredients from both countries: from Japan, we use elements such as yuzu, sake, shochu, matcha and umeshu (plum liqueur); and from Peru we include pisco, fruits, spices such as chili, lime and herbs such as huacatay. The result is a refreshing and balanced experience that combines umami, spicy, citrus and sweet - you can't miss them!
